Area of Side B1 – 9 x 1.5 (lxw) = 13.5Sqft.

X1 – 9 x 2 = 18 Rft.

Total Area in Sqft – A1 + A2 + B1 + B2 + Ceiling flat Area

Generally,
Per Sqft Rate of False Ceiling – Rs.70 to 80/-Sqft. (Excuding 18% GST).
Per Rft Rate of False Ceiling – Rs.40 to 50/-Rft. (Excuding 18% GST).
False ceiling Rft Area Cost – 72 x 50 = Rs.3600/-
False ceiling Sqft Area Cost – 207 x 80 = Rs.16,560/-
Total Cost of False Ceiling – 16,560 + 3600 = Rs.20,160/-
